- 5 / 5By Sarah TEXCELLENT!!! Very authentic, fresh, and clean. Great prices! The rice for the sushi is the best, the texture and the flavor of the rice are just right. The owner is from Japan and he is very nice. He has two locations, this one and one in Maryville. I have not been to the Maryville location. This is a nice place to go out for a nice evening with your significant other, gather with friends or have a family meal, the atmosphere is very nice! They always have special on the board, make sure to check them out. Additional short menu list deals if you go on Mondays and Tuesdays. Mondays have a 1/2 price tuna menu and Tuesdays have 1/2 price salmon menu. Everything I have had has been great (sushi, hibachi, ramen, tempura). My favorite sushi roll is the stop light. (Please note that I do not eat salmon, eel, or shrimp, so everyone has their own favorite) The staff will answer any questions you have, if you see something on the menu that your not familiar with, just ask they will describe it for you.
