    Matt took great care of us tonight. The restaurant was extremely busy, and he made sure to apologize (even though it wasn't his fault) and still get us everything very quickly. Best experience we've ever had at an Arby's thanks to Matt.

    The cashier was nice but the kitchen was mouthy with an attitude when I asked to have my sandwich remade. She made rude comments where all the customers could hear her. I definitely will not ever go back.
