  I'm from Idaho, so I'm not as familiar with eastern BBQ places; But I was impressed! It was possibly the best BBQ pulled pork I've had, and the house sauces were delightful!

  We had Archer's cater our engagement party in July for about 120 people and they were by far the best priced BBQ option in knoxville. That's why we chose them. We chose them on price, but we will recommend them to everyone because of their service, punctuality, professionalism and, MOST IMPORTANTLY, the food!!!! It was unbelievably great, and I swear every single guest RAVED about it to us!
  
  Best potato salad I've ever eaten. It was delivered and set up by Archer, who is just awesome. Great guy.
  
  We had chicken, pork, beans and potato salad. It was all so delicious. I would definitely recommend them to anyone, with groups large or small!

  Nothing fancy, just the most awesome BBQ chicken I've ever had. Great sweet potato chips and potato salad, too!
