  My experience was awlful , when first walked in the store the manager & cashier was on front line waiting on customers I said hello I still wasn't greeted as I was just staired at by both I said hello again the cashier said "hey" as if she didn't want to speak the manager just staired still they made i felt out of place it was aquerd standing their I felt unwelcome the customer service their sucks I will not be back

  Getting in and out is very easy here, especially considering it's right on Broadway. When you first pull into the parking lot, you'll notice that there's plenty of space to park, which is also nice. Amazingly enough, I don't think I've ever had issues here, especially considering how often I've ended up eating fast food this summer. The building itself seems a little outdated but overall, it is what it is. What gives this location 5 stars, is their customer service. I've never had an unpleasant visit and they are really good about double checking their orders. Saves a lot of trouble for picky eaters like myself. I have a gluten intolerance so I have to special order everything. The quality of the food is great considering it is fast food. Always made the way it should be, always fresh. The only tiny complaint I have is that when I order a medium fry, that doesn't mean to give me a small in a medium sized container. That definitely has happened a couple of times, but seriously everything else is great so I've never said anything. If you're thinking about stopping in, do it. They'll deliver exactly the BK experience you're looking for.
