  Had a complaint earlier, but it has been rectified satisfactorily. Food is delicious but I had an expensive item missing from the order. This location still needs to add a working local number in order to be more responsive to issues, but I'll upgrade my earlier review. 4 stars until local # is there. Could go 3 for that faux pas, but no trouble fixing the issue except my time. Manager was apologetic and genuine. Went above and beyond for what most of us expect nowadays.

  This location has changed ownership, I miss the friendly faces and amazing staff that were all here for so long. I hate the frozen fries and lack of customer service focus.

  I used to LOVE it but I ate there yesterday and they had changed the fries! That was one of the main reasons I went. There was barely any meat on my philly. My friend ordered the cheese fries and it was basically fries in cheese sauce.....yuck! Overall, I probably wouldn't eat there again unless they change the fries back.....so not worth 10.00!
