  We all know Cracker Barrel is supposed to be a friendly stop along the road, with decent to good food. This Cracker Barrel was just NOT GOOD. The chicken and dumplings were not properly cooked. The salad was worse than at a fast food joint (warm lettuce with a wedge of cheese). And all of the wait staff were unfriendly to downright rude, especially our waitress. This will be the final time we will stop at a Cracker Barrel. Congratulations, Strawberry Plains Cracker Barrel! Your food and staff is so bad, you have permanently discredited your chain.

  This is the first Cracker Barrel you come to after leaving Knoxville going east on I-40. This exit doesn't have much traffic so it's easy to get in and out of. Our server was very attentive and provided great service.
