After standing there for about a minute, I decided to go to the rest room. When I came out, the same other guy was still waiting. Finally, when I stepped up to the counter, I was finally acknowledged and my order taken. I ordered a hamburger...it IS Hardee's. After almost 10 minutes my order finally came out. 10 minutes isn't going to kill me and I wasn't in a huge rush, but then my fries were barely tepid.
