  Service was awful. Food was good. Server unaware of beer available even though she was "seasoned". She was bragging at the front door on the way in and out about making $100 off of one table and $90 off another but gave terrible service at our table. No bone plate, no offer for beer refill, in fact the manager filled our 1st beers. Then other servers brought our check and to go boxes while she was standing at the front door. She was concerned about other servers and scheduling their lunches and doing side work. If she's working as a shift leader, she shouldn't have been sat and given other servers an opportunity to give better service. Yet again another bad experience at Knoxville Hooters. It's one of our favorite restaurants but with such poor service unlikely for us to return to.

  Very friendly service. Nice variety of food. Online app ordering makes it a breeze. Very easy to navigate.
