  The guys on the phone never act like they know what they are doing . And the delivery is always slow and they claim they are really fast. The sandwich is good though, just need better service.

  "We don't put peppers in the side of your sandwich, we aren't allowed."
  Bad attitudes no peppers even after I said to put them on the sandwich.
  Never heard of rules saying we can't do what the customer prefers, how's this a "RULE"?
  First and last time at jimmy johns. Not even impressed with the food.
