  The food is 100% amazing every time at Kaizen. Always unique and delicious and very reasonably priced. I always get excited when they come out with a new menu, yet sad because I'll miss the old options. Also great drink options and a cute, cozy environment with down to earth, friendly staff.

  Great place! The ambiance is very nice, they have a good selection of drinks and food. I would suggest to get there early, It is a small place.

  Perhaps the best ribs I've had. Very tender and flavorful. They also come with some sort of spicy fish sauce, similar to what you might get with a Vietnamese noodle bowl.
  I can't eat rice so they happily subbed it out for glazed potatoes. And I forewent the sake (again, rice) and they made me an unusual, yet delicious, margarita.

  This is hands down the best Asian cuisine in Knoxville. The wait staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about their food. I can't recommend this place enough.
