  98% of the time the food I'd either wrong, or very old and dried out. Terrible customer service. I do not recommend this location.

  Every time I go through the drive-through at the fountain city location there's a man named Calvin. That even if your having the worst day he is so positive always has a smile and a nice greeting and just makes your day better. He should teach everyone at McDonald's how to greet people with the same attitude he does. Because that's the reason I don't get my coffee at Starbucks just because of him...

  I think we have a great team. We have our flaws as does every other food chain on the planet but our intentions are to always to put our customers first. Over all we try to Wow every single customer to the best of our ability. Please if you ever have a complaint or comment you can contact me any time @ 689-9000 or leave a message for me if a manager on duty can't satisfy your legitimate needs. Us as managers take great pride in our job and the owners we work for and aim to do our best for John and Sandra Farris. Us as a team appreciates each and every customer we serve everyday.
