  BAD BAD BAD.... They always screw up orders... Half the time the food is not fresh... The customer service sucks! They claim to add your name to a book so the next time you come in it can be fixed for you at no charge... They are full of it!!! The place is always dirty!!! I will never take my child to the play area again because the floors were sticky not clean... Even the equipment was dirty!!! Another kid spilled a drink and the staff didn't even come clean it up just threw a wet floor sign over it and walked away... This place is horrible!!!

  This is a very busy quick service restaurant. However, the team members at this location handle the busy times very well. My picky eaters always get their orders quickly and correctly. And the staff that I've net are friendly and funny. The kids love the play area but I'm a bit disappointed with the overall cleanliness of the equipment. I'm not sure that it's cleaned very often or at all. I still highly recommend this location but suggest play clothes and hand sanitizer for the littles. Good food, good service.
