  We often order Panera Bread for lunch at the office and have it delivered. On our last order there was something left out. I called the store and spoke with the Manager (Megan). She was very professional in the way she handled the call. She apologized and offered a replacement. Her customer service skills were excellent. Today I called in for the replacement and spoke with a different Manager. He made it a very easy process to receive my replacement. My order was exactly the way I asked for it. The salad was delicious! Great food, quick delivery and wonderful customer service!

  I love going to Panera Bread! They have friendly staff and are willing to help you when you need it! I enjoy the free wifi, my favorite soup there is the broccoli cheddar soup, they have a vast space to accommodate the many customers they get and the service is usually pretty quick.
