- 1 / 5By Constance BeebeI work for LaQuinta Inns & Suites. I have over 30 of the rewards cards Papa Johns gives to the front office clerks for recommending their establishment. I' called the Tazewell Pike store to place an order for a large pizza and to trade in 10 of the cards. The General Manager REFUSED to honor the cards on the basis that I wasn't at my hotel. I can't use the cards at my home, she said - only at the hotel! What good is a reward system that picks and chooses WHERE they will honor the cards. NO WHERE does it say on the cards that a person has to be at the hotel to redeem the cards! I am going to give out ONLY DOMINO's key cards from now on. I WILL NOT recommend Papa John's as they do not keep their word!August 29, 2016
