  They gave me the wrong food. After I repeated it 3 times. Plus it was cold what I received. I called they said they was sorry and would send me some coupons. Fine! I got the coupon and I have to make a purchase to use coupon. REALLY? After the food I got I had to thrown in the trash can. So now you want me to purchase more food to get a free hamburger. Not today or tomorrow or ever. More then likely will never go back to this location again.

  Went on a Friday at 1 pm, and had to wait 15 minutes to get a table, just because they were understaffed. There were empty tables. Then we had to wait a very long time for the food, which was missing part of the order. We didn't bother complaining about it, because we were running late. Saw the waitress exactly twice during the 45 minutes at the table. We ate as quickly as we could, but still spent over an hour there. The food was fine, and the employees were trying their best, but were spread WAY too thin. Hire some more people! We probably won't be back unless the parking lot looks empty.

  Food was great server was horrible. We sat there 16 min before she came and ask us what we wanted to drink then it took her another 11 min to bring our drinks then told us she would be back for our order then another 9 min went by she came took our order a boy brought our food out and we didn't hear from our server again till she walked by put the bill on my table without saying a word kept going. I had 2 teenagers and a 16 month old with me so it was a bad experience!

  This experience started bad at the door. People were backed up 7 deep. There was no hostess taking names. I was told "the servers will get you as they come around." Once seated it took 10 minutes to order drinks. We didn't want to wait again to order food; so we ordered everything at once. Another 10 to get drinks. When our food finally arrived the fries were cold and stale. We asked for fresh fries and received warm stale fries. I've been here 5 times and have yet to be satisfied. No more!!
