Although Knoxville has a ton of BBQ restaurants they are sub standard in my opinion. I tried Sweet P's today and was blown away by their quality and flavor. The meats are a stand alone however the sauces only add to, not cover up the quality meats. And the side dishes are outstanding as well I wish I would have tried them sooner. This is Knoxville's only BBQ restaurant in my opinionNovember 17, 2016
