    Good service but my order was completely fucked. Missing four items and the items we did get had incorrect ingredients. It's worth driving to a different Taco Bell to avoid this train wreck

    If I could give this a negative rating I would. If you want half of your order to be missing/ or wrong and the other half to be sloppy and cold then this is your place. The staff is rude and had absolutely no customer service skills. The management team is incompetent and unhelpful. I will NEVER be back. Worst Taco Bell in Knoxville.
