- 1 / 5By Robin GowerIf this was our first experience with a waffle house we never would go back, it was that bad. We had to ask several times before we got our beverages. Part of our meal sat on the counter getting cold while the waitress waited for the waffles to finish cooking. I had asked for a well-done waffle and it was undercooked. The toast was barely toasted. The waitress never even check back to see if anything was wrong or if we needed more beverages or anything. To top it off we had to go to the register and ask for track and are pretty sure we got overcharged since this is not our first time at a waffle house and we know what it should've been. I would definitely skip the waffle house near the Strawberry Plains exit of I 40!!!February 05, 2017
