  Went in today (9/19/2016) and was very satisfied overall. The restaurant was pretty empty when I came in to eat. I ordered the chicken finger plate. After I was finished with my meal and was throwing my trash away, I was approached by a man named Greg (Catering Manager/ Hospitality Director). He asked me how I was doing, how my day had been, and how my dining experience was and if there was anything they could improve on. Not only was he very nice and accommodating, but he seemed to truly and genuinely care about how my visit was at Zaxbys. In my entire life, I've never had someone approach me like that at a quick-service restaurant. This really stood out to me!!! The customer service was outstanding and the food was delicious as well! I will definitely be back!

  Came here for dinner a few nights ago. Service was quick and food was delicious. The restaurant is spacious and clean, too!

  Way too much buffalo sauce on the salad. Tried to compensate with the blue cheese, but by the end of the salad it was pretty much soup.
  
  Very convenient location and the standard tenders are great, I do prefer the extra hot.

  I have been to Zaxby's I n 3 separate occasions within the last 2 weeks. Each time, there has been a discrepancy in what I received compared to my actual order. The management on staff has seemed completely apathetic on the 2 occasions that I have called to voice a complaint. Get the absent-minded children off the drive-thru because they are obviously distracted. I won't be going back. I can waste my money in far better ways than paying for incompetence. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.
