  I was happy to find this place, menu looked great, emoyees friendly. As we were ready to order, we saw the sign saying we couldn't conceal carry. It's not on the door, it's at the food pickup area. We had to leave after being excited up to that point.

  I just wanted to write in and brag about the above and beyond service we received at your Turkey Creek location today. It was our first time ever dinning at a Zoe's Kitchen and we have say to that if all your locations are like this we will be looking for more to eat whenever we travel. We recently moved to Knoxville from up North and had never seen a Zoe's Kitchen before and decided to stop in and check it out while we was out shopping. We are so glad we did too. The Manager working up front, Sam was one of the nicest people that we have ever met. As soon as we walked up to the counter he had a HUGE smile that lasted the entire time he took our order. We mentioned that we had never ate at a Zoe's before and he graciously gave us a "tour" of the Menu as he called it. He was able to answer any and all questions that we had, and my mother had a ton because she has several allergies and is very picky when it comes to the food she eats. He bought us a complimentary Hummus Appetizer that was absolutely delicious. Both the dishes we ordered was perfect, they tasted very fresh and was very delicious. We will definitely be back to this location to try more things from the menu. Sam should be commended for his very welcoming personality and attitude. He made us feel very welcome and treated us like he had known us for years. We had heard about southern hospitality living up North, and Sam was the perfect example of what we would consider Southern Hospitality. So thank you for making our first impression a lasting and great one. We are looking forward to our next visit which we are planning on be very soon.
