  Visited this location for brunch. Service lacked a lot . Waitress brought our food out stacked on top of each other. My daughter's cream cheese on top of her red velvet pancakes was more on the bottom of another's plate. Ordered banana pancakes for a 1 year old, the banana chips was so rubbery that you literally couldn't cut them. First visit and LAST visit.

  If I could rate a negative star I would after the service I received yesterday and today. I called in a to go order yesterday morning and was told it'd be ready in 10 minutes and arrived on time only to wait 10 or so more minutes for it to be ready and then 11 minutes for to-go syrup, AND was unknowingly overcharged $10 but caught it last night after checking my debit card online! I called today to let the manager know that I was upset at the dishonesty and was nonchalantly informed there was nothing he could do about it and that the GM would call me tomorrow after he checked it out. I love IHOP food but after this I will not be returning to one in Halls!

  I have been to this IHOP twice recently. I'm not a huge go out for breakfast fan so don't usually think of stopping there. Both times I ordered the Create Your Own omelette. I was not disappointed either time - excellent taste, just the right temperature! Also, they serve Pepsi products which are my favorite so yay! The hash browns (my preferred side) were also cooked perfectly and very tasty both times.
  
  I really wish I could remember the server's name from our last trip, but she was EXCELLENT! She was an older lady who totally reminded us of Alice from Alice's Restaurant! She had us laughing the entire time and was pretty good at keeping up with our refills, etc. This is definitely our breakfast spot from now on!
