  Ordered over the phone for delivery. The young lady on the phone was very helpful! Pizza was delivered quickly and was hot. Great choice for Halls!

  this location needs to clean up and focus on customer relations and quality food. the pizza has gone down hill continuously. staff has become less educated and less personable. Business would increase if they extended the delivery radius by 1 mile, then they wouldn't have to put someone on hold for 10 mins after already setting up an order, only to decline business and waste time. but hey not every store wants to satisfy customers and make money...instead lets eat up the clock n get high while playing with dough.. c'mon guys papa and Peyton both would be ashamed of the halls store.

  I order from Papa's online. I've only had one wrong pizza in all the months I've been ordering from there and they promptly and cheerfully delivered a new one without any problem. The pizza is always hot and fresh and very tasty!
  
  The delivery is always on time and the delivery guys are sweet, cheerful and kind.
  
  Overall, this is a great store and I will continue to patronize their online delivery service for many years to come.

  Ordered 1 pizza from here and found a hair within the cheese. Called and spoke to the manager.....she was very nice and asked if they could offer to send another pizza or 2 free the next time..... i obviously declined and just wanted a refund due to a hair in our pizza, which ruined our appetite. Manager lost the nice tone and became stern as if i was cheating them out of a pizza. After noticing the attitude change i offered to take a picture of the hair actually still in the pizza. The manager declined... I was willingly to pay $20 for 1 pizza before i found hair in it. * we will never order from here again.
