  Won't go back..The very little older woman Debbie i belive is her name..Very Rude and not nice at all..So i sent my 10 year old grandson inside. 2 days later. He came out without food or anything. He was all torn up and in tears. She totally was rude with him so i had to go inside and get the order..Very Sad ..All he wanted to do is used his Gift card from McDonalds that he got for his Birthday..And she was so hateful and Rude..I go to Knoxville every morning. But i won't go back there

  One person on register with a long line. Forgot items we ordered. Homeless people just sitting at booths meant for more than one person, leaving nowhere for more than one to two people to sit and eat.

  S Knox is one of the better McDonald's in town. I have never had an issue here. Came in once with 40 hungry kids and 7 adults. The handled it like champs . Can't say enough about this great crew.
