  Only order here bc it's close to my home. Service is decent at best. No structure for the employees. You can tell by talking or watch the Manager. He has no clue, on how to manage.

  Awful experience on August 28th. Ordered a pizza and after an hour and a half they delivered when they told me it'd be 45 minutes. Upon delivery the lady delivering told me I should have been told I could have gotten another pizza free. I would not have known about the promotion otherwise. Who wouldn't want another one for free!? I called them back and told them I was confused to as why Jennifer over the phone wouldn't explain for a $1 more I could get another pizza. Asked to talked to a manager... who is an absolute idiot and not empathetic. After explaining myself all he said was I'm sorry and wouldn't do anything about the dissatisfaction. The guy who manages here, never gave his name to me, needs to be fired! Jennifer picked up the phone (literally interfered with her manager on the line) and apologized, which I was grateful for, she explained she should have told me about the offer as it is her job to do so. I was told I would get a $10 credit and can be delivered another pizza free of charge immediately. 2 hours go by, still no pizza. I call for the 3rd time of the day and ask where my order is it and there was never an order placed for the free pizza they told me I'd receive! A complete joke of an establishment. I will never order from here again.

  Been using them for work and at home bout 4 yrs now! Everyone's always very friendly and food always hot and fresh!!
